Yoga is part of a comprehensive, ancient Indian approach to health and wellness. Modern yoga practice in the US typically refers to Hatha yoga which is a series of postures, breathing and meditation designed to help improve overall function and health. Here at the Big White Barn we strive to provide a variety of yoga classes including different styles, levels and teachers to reflect the varying needs of our students.
